Objectives of the district level training

  1. Introducing teachers to different technological tools for self learning, collaborative learning and resource creation
  2. Familiarising teachers with the use of educational tools in the classroom
  3. Familiarising teachers about the scope and approach of the ICT syllabus and textbook, developed by the DSE, as per the newly formulated National ICT curriculum

  4. Survey on usage of ICT in Teaching Learning Process. This has been developed by Uma Rani madam, GPS LALAGUDA NO.II, Hyderabad

Responsibilities of the district level organizing team

  1. Lab infrastructure and software installation
  2. Logistics of the workshop

Resource person check list

  1. Ensuring participant information form is filled by all participants.
  2. Distribute print copy of ICT textbook(Telugu version), soft copy of ICT textbook(English version) and Ubuntu DVD for each participants.
  3. Ensuring participants have to Practice on sending and receiving emails from the mailing groups.
    1. Creation of email IDs (Gmail) for teachers, who don't have it.
    2. Add participants email IDs to the Subject Teacher Forum mailing group.
      1. For adding IDs to maths group - click here
      2. For adding IDs to Physical science group - click here
      3. For adding IDs to Biological Science group - click here
    3. Ensuring participants are accessing email and sending to the Subject Teacher Forum mailing list.
    4. After added to the group, make all of them as manager role, so in the district workshop they have to add more participants.
  4. Make sure all participants have to be familiarization with the ICT textbook.
  5. Five day workshop report need to be prepare and share with STF mailing group.
  6. Uploading workshop photographs on Google photos and share with Google group.
  7. On Day 5, Participant Feedback Form is to be filled by all the participants.
